Kyle is an assistant coach at Iowa Western Community College. This is his third season with Top Ten. He has been involved with volleyball throughout his life. As a player, he was a setter for the men's club programs at Iowa State and Kansas State.
Since then he has also been heavily involved in coaching prep volleyball for both high school and club programs. In 2008 he served as the varsity assistant at Belleuve West High school. During the 2009 and 2010 seasons, he served as an assistant for the Lewis Central volleyball program.
As a club coach, he has worked with Top Ten Volleyball club and the Kansas Volleyball Club(Jets). In 2009, he coached the 17's-1 team for the Jets, and most recently coached the 14's team for Top Ten. In addition to team coaching, Kyle also provides individual lessons and technical training to prep students in the Council Bluffs area.
Kyle is a Gold Medal Squared coach and recently attended a Gold Medal Squared Clinic this summer at Iowa Western. He is a native of Council Bluffs, and received his degree in Music from Manhattan Christian College in Manhattan, KS in 2009.
